Founder of Inkstone Capital, focused on cross-border capital strategy and international market development for small and mid-sized businesses. He brings practical transaction experience, industry relationships and involvement in new-economy and technology-related investment and corporate development projects.
Ph.D. in Computer Science from the City University of New York. He has served as a researcher at Bell Labs, technology leader at startups, and later joined Microsoft Research Asia, where he held senior roles including engineering director for technology transfer and vice president. He has more than twenty years of experience in AI and cloud-service R&D and currently serves as Chief AI Scientist at Yushan.AI.
Kevin Vassily has experience across capital markets, fintech and public-company governance. He served as Chief Financial Officer of iPower Inc. (Nasdaq: IPW) in 2021 and joined its board the same year, later departing in 2025. Previously, he held market-development and strategy roles at Facteus, Go Capture, Woodseer and Prometheus Fund.
Graduate of China Medical University School of Dentistry, with specialist training in oral and maxillofacial surgery and oral pathology at National Cheng Kung University Medical Center. He previously served as attending dentist at Tainan Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and as adjunct attending physician in oral and maxillofacial surgery at NCKU Medical Center.
He currently serves as CEO of the DocterSmile medical system, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Taiwan, and is a specialist member of the Taiwan Academy of Craniomandibular Disorders, advising on medical business and oral/maxillofacial specialty topics.
Nico Kung is a senior professional in medical aesthetics and anti-aging, with more than twenty years of experience in beauty and health-related industries. Her work spans medical-aesthetic technology application, anti-aging management and industry development, with experience in China and Korea and a strong view of Asian market trends.
Graduate of Shih Hsin University's Department of Public Relations and Advertising, specializing in resource integration, PR planning and cross-disciplinary curation. His experience spans film, public relations, visual technology, cultural tourism and park development.
He currently serves as special assistant to the vice chairman of Entie Commercial Bank and as business director of Elephant Art Creative Co., Ltd.
Graduate of Ling Tung University, Department of International Trade, with practical experience in banking finance and corporate financial management. He has worked at Taishin Bank, Jih Sun Bank and ABN AMRO Bank.
He later served as finance lead at Yunda Electronics and CFO of Qingti Pictures, with experience in corporate finance, working-capital planning and cross-industry financial coordination.
M.S. in Materials Science from National Sun Yat-sen University. He previously served as a senior engineer at TSMC for 15 years, with practical experience in materials engineering, semiconductor processes and large-scale technology manufacturing systems.
